about

hi, my name’s nic. i’m a working musician based out of the northern rivers in nsw. for the past five years i’ve been playing in psych-rock and post-punk bands, with a solo project on the side. second press is the streaming app i wanted but couldn’t find.

many of the major platforms underpay artists, host AI-generated music trained on real artists’ work, and route subscriber money into things most listeners would rather not fund. bandcamp pays artists a much better split (80-85%), but the one-off purchase model limits discovery. nobody else was running an ethical, artist-first streaming platform built around community, so i started one.

85% of every subscription goes to the rights holders / artists of what you played that month, and the maths is public (more at /transparency). eventually it’ll pay me a salary too (like my musician friends, i need to pay rent and eat on occasion), but every decision lives inside the same mission: pay artists fairly, build something sustainable, don’t compromise.
